Read Before Playing Clash Squad and Lone Wolf Matches

  1. Gun Attributes: OFF
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)
  2. Character Skill: ON/OFF as per opponent’s demand
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)
  3. Only Headshot: ON/OFF as per opponent’s demand
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)
  4. No Cheating: Use of hacks, panels, or glitches will lead to a permanent ban.
  5. No Double Vector: Strictly prohibited.
  6. No Fist Fights: Not allowed under any circumstances.
  7. Ryden Character Skill: Not permitted.
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)
  8. Limited Ammo: ON/OFF as per opponent’s demand
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)
  9. No Heal Battles: Heal battles are not allowed.
  10. Grenades and Flash Freeze: Only allowed in limited custom rooms.
  11. HP Limit: Must be set to 200.
    (Back Within 2 Rounds For Refund)

⚠️ Important Updates

Before starting any match, both players must discuss the following in the app chat:

  • Gun Attributes – ON or OFF
  • Character Skill – ON or OFF
  • Only Headshot – ON or OFF

After confirming these settings, you must record or screen-capture the chat as proof and send it to us via WhatsApp after backing out from the match.

This ensures transparency and prevents disputes.

⚔️ Challenge Game Policy Update

Challenge Game हारिए पनि "Lost" नदिने वा Win Proof मा गलत प्रमाण हाल्ने, अथवा Game Cancel गर्नेहरुलाई अबदेखि 20 Coins Fine लाग्ने छ।

Fine लाग्नबाट बच्न, कृपया Game हार्दा 'Lost' गर्नु होला।

⚠️ Support & Dispute Help

If you face any problem during or after the match — such as rule breaking, cheating, or missing winnings — please follow the steps below carefully:

  1. Click the Cancel button on the app.
  2. Select “Choose a Different Problem”.
  3. Describe your full issue clearly and include your WhatsApp phone number at the end.
  4. If your opponent broke the rules or cheated, please also send your proof (screenshot or video) along with your Challenge ID (for example: CS_352) and a short message describing what happened.

Our support team will verify your WhatsApp number, check your proof, and contact you to process your refund or winnings.
